I had high expectations for this company based on a family recommendation (they used this service 10 years ago), but my experience was extremely disappointing. When I visited the showroom in person, there was no formal intake form or professional system to collect project details. I was simply given a piece of printer paper to write down my top three quartz choices and my sink selection. The quality of the materials is excellent, the design is both beautiful and functional, and every detail was handled with great care. Paid $150 for measurements on July 3rd 2021. They never called or followed up. Tried getting refund till 6.10.22. I have the time line who I called and when.
