Fantastic experience with truly outstanding, and personable, customer service. My car was ready well before the estimated date and the staff went out of their way to make the experience for the customer as easy as possible. Rueben was my point person & he was professional and personable and kept me informed throughout the process. I rarely give perfect scores for reviews because the experiences are rarely perfect. Rock was exceptional & I’d highly recommend them if you find yourself needing work after a wreck!
These guys did a great job on my car and always have good customer service. Always a friendly answer when I call and Brad is awesome to work with. 10/10 recommend
While I don’t like my vehicles getting hit, I do feel very assured that Rock Collision will help us out. In January we had 2 accidents where our vehicles were damaged in the back. They gave a timeline for each update and were professional through all of our interactions. These vehicles look brand new!
Work finished in timely manner and work was very good. Employees were friendly and knowledgeable. Would use again if need arises.
