I hadn’t ran in 6 years following my retirement from the military. I visited Rock City Running and they took the time to help me find the right shoe for me. I am now running more in one day than I had the previous 6 years combined without the knee pain that I used to have running in the military. 100% recommend Rock City to anyone
Annette took the time to fit me in the perfect shoe. If anyone is new to running or advanced she is very knowledgeable and patient. She made sure they fit correctly and were very comfortable 5 ⭐️

Went to Rock City after winning a gift certificate at a bike ride. Was greeted by the owner and down to earth staff. I'm a casual runner not an avid one but I will definitely come back if I'm in the area. Cool store with cool gear that is very involved in the community. I'm so glad stores like this exist.
