Fast and easy. They made my experience awesome
I was so thankful these folks were open on a Sunday! I came in on April 13th and no other places were open after I got a huge chip in my windshield cruising down I-5 and knew it would get worse if I didn’t take care of it right away. They answered the phone and invited me down, and helped me right away! They were very knowledgeable and helpful, and very friendly initiating conversation. I can rest easy knowing my windshield is saved! Thank you both Robert and Desaree so very much!
Robert and Desaree are PHENOMENAL. No one in a 20 miles radius would quote me for a long, single line crack in my windshield but they looked it over and said they would do their best. The crack is all but invisible and they went above and beyond with me. Friendly, kind and quick, THANK YOU!!
Great small business here in town! I called because I got a decent sized rock chip around 10:45 am, was informed that Desiree was on her way to set up and get started for the day, and she had it all fixed up super fast and easy! She’s great at getting through the annoying but necessary insurance claim, too. Also she was just really nice.
LOVE using this place! Also love that he'll literally answer the phone, pretty much anytime, so it's easy to find out when he's going to be at the Bellis Fair location. I've used him a couple of times, myself, but most recently, my girlfriend had a crack, larger than a dollar bill, that we got lucky enough he was still willing to repair. I'm hoping to add the before and after shots, because the difference is SO amazing, and saved her having to get a whole new windshield! Also, he and his wife are super adorable, and sweet.
