I can’t thank Jimmy enough. We got stuck 1.5 hours from home with a hole in my tire sidewall and couldn’t get it repaired at O’Reilly. By pure luck, his daughter was there and called him. Even though he was already on his way out for the day, he came to help anyway. He had me follow him back to his shop and got my spare put on in about 15 minutes. He was so kind and genuinely cared about helping us get back on the road safely. It’s rare to find people willing to go that far out of their way- I’m incredibly grateful.
My friend and I had stopped for gas and realized we had a bad tire leak on the side wall. Jimmy the owner went out of his way on his day off to replace our tire completely and had us back on the road very quickly. We did not know what to do and he was very kind and so extremely helpful. I would highly recommend taking your business to his Rock Bottom Tire!
This guy changed my tires and put my car down from the lift and went to start it to leave and it the starter had gone out. Now instead of trying to help me being that I was from out of town, Dayton ohio,and had just given him every penny i had left, he just got passed off pushed my car to the front lot by the front door and just treated me like shit and wanted to know when I would be off of his property. We had a blown tire outside of Vandalia and were towed to Rock Bottom Tire. They changed the tire with an exact match, and we were back on the road in no time. The service was amazing. I strongly recommend Rock Bottom Tire!
Called ahead of time for a tire patch and rebalance the lady said ok after taking my info said to be here at 2 i arrive and wait my turn only to get told I have 2 more vehicles ahead of me. No call to say I'm busy sorry nothing then tells me to go somewhere else because he was going to charge extra for aftermarket wheels
