Highly recommend! Juan and Gabby put in effort each day for a unique organized workout session. They really do care about each individual and strive to help you accomplish your goals. The only down side to the place is that there is no AC. It can get pretty hot in the summer so choosing the morning class will help you beat the heat. Overall, love this highly motivating class!

Rock body boot camp is not only helping me to loose weight but also improving my mental health! These intense 30 minute works outs (that’s all you need, trust them) will leave you feeling great! You’ll never regret a workout- you’ll only regret not going! I love the small group work outs indoor and running laps in the cold fresh air outdoor. Hands down the best workout in the area. The classes are fun, always challenging and unique. I’ve been coming here a year now, and have never seen these types of results from any other workout. The coaches Juan and Gabby are too- notch. They have really created a family culture in the gym. I’ve decided to give up my other workouts to concentrate on what they have to offer here. If you want real results and great people to work out with- this is the place!
