Rock beach management company never showed up for the appointment . kept us waiting out in the cold for 30 minutes and never called . probably because they wanted money upfront before viewing the apartment and didn’t get it i f u want to be treated like crap and ripped off deal with them - otherwise stay far far away

TOLD ME THAT HE'S DOUBLING MY RENT BECAUSE HE HAS A VARIABLE INTEREST RATE ON THE LOAN WHEN HE BOUGHT THE BUILDING.. said that no unit is more than $1150.00.
