SCAM!!! Please don’t order this company will transfer you & hang up in your face repeatedly after you make a payment. I’ve dealt with a Nicole, Becky ext. 1005 and Tiffany ext. 101. This has happened to my aunt as well. I’ll have to dispute payments with my bank because my orders don’t seem to be coming. Then they decided to block our phone #’s. Very trashy customer service.
Rock auto is the company with the worst customer service.
I received very poor service I was promised two delivery date they kept neither never got in touch with me no apologies or not they never ever have to worry about my business again very poor service.
