This is the absolute worst towing company in Rockford they overcharge your insurance companies to make your rate go up and they mistreat everyone's vehicle.. the most disrespectful place I've ever went to.. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want your vehicle damaged with zero accountability whatsoever
Terrible! Rude! I walk in because they’re open sign is visible lit.. I say hey how are you? “We’re closed!!” I say can I just ask a quick question? He says I said we’re closed!!!! With a nasty attitude. Definitely will be reported to the BBB.
