Bought roof racks for my 2019 RAV4 which did not fit. They tried to tell me the installer was wrong, then ultimately claimed what I received was not sent by them. A sales rep (Cheryl) texted me on a Sunday to confirm that saddle bags purchased on eBay would fit the motorcycle. She was very knowledgeable and suggested there would be interference with the turn signals. She was right (women like to hear that). If moved forward to clear the rear turn signals, the bags would have obstructed the passenger foot pegs. She cancelled the order and I got a full refund before Monday. Awesome service and dedication!
Biggest micky mouse outfit of all car accessorie distributors. I'd never buy from them again. Extra charges for shipping, product was 2 months late and when received product was damaged and broken. Now they won't return. All about the money with these guys. Terrible service
