Dealings with Rock around the Block were great until they decided to debit our credit card with no phone call or explanation. We had hired equipment and had filled a large jerry can with petrol that filled the equipment with (which had no fuel gauge so filled as much as we could) only to then find a charge on our credit card for another $60.
