Pretty rude the guy there went asking for an estimate for a front suspension repair and his answer right away was i don’t know, asked him a price range?. Still doesn’t know. So does he works or he just hangs in there?. Horrible customer service. Wouldn’t recommend no one to go there and buy or fix a bike.
Best bike shop for many reasons. Scott has taken me from an old rookie to an old guy with no training wheels. The service is first class but his patience in dealing with an inexperienced rider can't be beat. Now my wife has a bike purchased there at the same great price and we enjoy riding together. Clear the path !

They just completed a tune up on my 30year old bike. Sean did an amazing job and the price was very fair. I was quoted almost 3 times as much at a different shop. He is honest and professional, two things hard to find.
