I've given this place multiple chances, but each experience has been consistently disappointing. The staff comes off as unfriendly and it feels like walking in is an inconvenience to them. On my first visit, I brought in an old pair of climbing shoes with a hole, hoping they could be salvaged since I couldn’t afford a new pair at the time. Best gear store in town.
Resole job is great but I have been waiting for my climbing shoes repaired for almost 3 months. I fear that they lost my shoes. Last 2 pairs came back within 6-8 weeks. Website says 4 weeks as of April 30 and that’s when I dropped off my shoes. I dropped off mid April and it’s July in a few days. Worse than Tesla repair timeline. My patience is running out.
Thanks Jonathon for a great job repairing my boots! Next time I’ll come in before I destroy them quite so badly.
