I like this office a great deal. You feel comfortable with the staff. Clear and detailed explanations and attentive. No rushing. You’re given the time you need. I’ve dealt mainly with Alexandra and I feel very much at ease with our discussions and her patience. If I have to make a negative comment, and I can’t say it’s their fault, it’s sometimes there is wait time. But you have to think they are giving the same attention to the person before you.

I am a 34 year old female and Dr. Pestana has been my GP for almost 10 years now, even though I have moved a couple times subsequently. She is absolutely wonderful. Not only does she have great bedside manner-she is also extremely caring, knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. I have always felt at ease with talking to her. Dr. Pestana also has a great staff (particularly Annette and Obi). They are always prompt, friendly, and they work very hard to accommodate their patients.

Parking is easy and free. Dr. Pestana is the most thorough Physician, and takes her time with each patient. I like her so much that my husband is now her patient too. Her staff is also the best! They always get back to you if you have questions or have left a voicemail.

I really like Dr. Rocio Pestana, but it’s so hard to get an appointment. I guess I got lucky the first time about a year ago. I've tried calling several times, but no one picks up. It’s frustrating that they’re not more accessible.

Excellent physician and staff!! Dra Pestana takes her time in explaining and listening to your medical needs. I’ve been coming to this office for over 30 years…
