I was hoping this would be a doctor’s office I could rely on, but that is not the case. The nurse, Jackie, is beyond incredible and Dr. Nordfelt was kind. But the office was incapable after multiple phone calls to submit a simple prescription. The level of incompetence is astounding. I was also charged over $900 for a new patient appointment. Even my insurance company was shocked. You should be made aware in advance. I would have never moved forward with this practice.
One of the most thorough and friendly primary care doctors I've had! I'm so thankful to have a doctor as reliable and supportive as Rocio has been for nearly a decade!
Dr Nordfeldt is my family doctor. I am very happy to have her as a doctor. And thank God for that!! I met her when my first child was born, and I left the hospital, with all the assistance we need when a baby is born. It was the health insurance company who recommended her to me. My oldest boy was born with a lactose allergy and cried a lot due to colic.
