I purchased 5" by 24" by 72" cushion, adhesive, and polyester fabric to repair my couch and was charged a total of around $270 because the shipping was $85. The return policy is for 30 days. I found later that I could order all the same things for about $80 on Amazon. So I ordered on Amazon and now the company called and stated some items are returnable, but not what I ordered. So now I have to eat the $270 and don't know what to do with this stuff.
Called in with a couple of questions - they picked up quickly but as soon as I was asking a question about sourcing foam they said “go to the search bar on the website” and hung up before I could say anything more. Terrible customer service
Horrible customer support. Slow to respond if at all. Failed to address shipping issue, amd falsely stated wrong order details as an excuse.
Came in last week for their end of season clearance to get some vinyl for a boat upholstery project. They were fantastic (Dylan was awesome) They should consider doing one day a month clearance of remnant vinyl/clearance vinyl to keep their remnants down! It was a great time and I was out the door quickly with some great vinyl for my project.
I needed to buy 1 inch HD foam. Spoke to a representative and told her I was a consumer. She told me the foam was in stockI. went to Rochford to buy the foam and was told they no longer sold to individual consumers. So sad! I made a trip for nothing!!!! Rochford, Please update your web page and inform your staff.
