I was with RocheTax for 15+ years but last year was terrible. They called me multiple times insisting I was missing something but they weren’t sure what it was??? Then they applied my tax credit on another persons return. When I came to pick up and saw my refund was so much lower than the lawyers informed me it was to be I told them something was wrong.
