My experience with this company was deeply disappointing. Initially, I was quoted for a custom door, but when the door was installed, I realized the signed contract was for a standard door. To my shock, they reduced the height of my for by 4 inches. While the oak color of the door was acceptable, the screw hole gray plugs are an eye sore and they detract from the overall appearance.
