1 star is generous. This guy is a crook and a liar. He failed miserably at the job he promised to perform. Then, instead of responding to my BBB complaint, he sued in small claims. Apparently they won't handle cases that are in litigation, so this is how he keeps his BBB rating. Even after paying him in full (my mistake), he tries to sue for "extra running around and fixing punch list items". At the beginning everything seemed to go well with this contractor. We were looking to remodel a bathroom and he had a ton of photos showing his work. We got pregnant which caused a pause in our plans but once life settled down we got back on touch and got a new estimate. We were disappointed the estimate went up but we're told parts and supplies hadn increased.
