1 star is generous. This guy is a crook and a liar. He failed miserably at the job he promised to perform. Then, instead of responding to my BBB complaint, he sued in small claims. Apparently they won't handle cases that are in litigation, so this is how he keeps his BBB rating. Even after paying him in full (my mistake), he tries to sue for "extra running around and fixing punch list items". At the beginning everything seemed to go well with this contractor. We were looking to remodel a bathroom and he had a ton of photos showing his work. We got pregnant which caused a pause in our plans but once life settled down we got back on touch and got a new estimate. We were disappointed the estimate went up but we're told parts and supplies hadn increased. Do not trust this contractor. James V.is the owner of this company. He does not care about home owner's interest. He does not even bother to fix his mess nor pay his workers property. He makes his worker come to the owner for what he owes to his worker even after he gets paid. He will deceive you with lots of pictures. Do not believe him. Only thing he is good at is begging and screaming at the customer for money.
