Asia is hands-down one of the best phlebotomists I’ve ever had. She was professional, gentle, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. I usually get nervous about blood draws, but Asia made me feel completely at ease. She found the vein on the first try and made the experience quick and painless. Her friendly personality and calming presence made a big difference, and I genuinely appreciated how she checked in to make sure I was doing okay. If you have the chance to work with Asia, you’re in great hands—literally!
Fast and painless
The staff was rude. Felt like they'd rather be anywhere but at work. Heard them complaining while I was there. It was dirty and I was honestly worried about an infection. Check in was done by writing your name on a clipboard in the waiting room and then they'd just come out and call the next name. Felt uncomfortable. Waited for an hour and felt like an inconvenience the entire time.
First time at this location. The wait time was very low, and Asia was very friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job!
