I've always had a positive experience. The Nurses are always very friendly.
Absolutely horrible horrible experience. Girls there are very unprofessional and you can tell they don't have experience. They were verbally abusive to me and rough with my two month old. He left with a bruised and sore arm. First thing asked as I enter, "which one should I use" referring to needle size I think. They don't know how to speak to or treat the public! Also another girl told me I had four minutes to decide whether I wanted her to take my babies blood because she needed to clock out! Called supervisor to report th... read more
The Newark location is looking very run down and needs updates in and out. Parking lot/ driveway bad shape full of holes, building exterior needs refinishing along with waiting room. Doesn’t look clean or welcoming. The staff was excellent.
