I brought my baby here to get bloodwork done. The phlebotomists had no bedside manner and immediately started poking and prodding my one year old. They missed her vein twice and were unapologetic. My baby now is bruised and we have to do this all over again in a few days, but I won’t be going here again. Please don’t draw blood on babies unless you’re confident you’ll get blood.
Went for blood labs. Place was clean, fast , and efficient. Marie was a top 10 phlebotomist.
Quick and efficient. Impressive considering the usual medical experience in Rochester. Hasn't hurt that much either.
I was seen within moments of sitting down, very quick, easy, gentle. Highly recommend this lab
