I am here on a Saturday at 7:45AM and it is not open.
I went there this morning to drop off a specimen. When they tried to check me in they couldn’t find a doctor’s order for my test, as the doctor’s office apparently forgot to update the order. We tried to reach my doctor’s office, but, since it was a Saturday, the office was closed. The technician who helped me, Emma, went above and beyond to try to help me. She was very patient in trying to help me, and made a call to another department, and worked out something so that I could possibly get the order approved. Very helpful, ... read more
