I went there this morning to drop off a specimen. When they tried to check me in they couldn’t find a doctor’s order for my test, as the doctor’s office apparently forgot to update the order. We tried to reach my doctor’s office, but, since it was a Saturday, the office was closed. The technician who helped me, Emma, went above and beyond to try to help me. She was very patient in trying to help me, and made a call to another department, and worked out something so that I could possibly get the order approved. Very helpful, ... read more

this was my first and last trip to the Hagen drive location. it was dirty and the wait times can be unreasonable because it gets busy due to it's location in the Linden medical park. but moreover- i've never been literally stabbed like i was stabbed today at Hagen Dr. i've never had a phlebotomist jab me so much and completely fail to hit a vein. the kid i saw first was in his early 20s and didn't know what he was doing- he was poking around and moving the needle while it was in my arm. i told him to just stop and i asked fo... read more
