On Tuesday, 7/7/26, at 8:00 p.m., I fell on pavement and landed on my knee which had been totally replaced recently, and I needed an x-ray ASAP. I called RRH UC, which was open until 9:00 p.m., to find out if they had imaging available. I asked the male that answered the phone that question, and he responded with, "We close at 9:00 and take our last patient at 8:45." Nothing urgent about this place. Been waiting here over 2 hours since checking in and haven't been seen yet. Place isn't busy at all, figured it'd be quick in and out.
I took my two sons in for strep tests today. We had test results for both in less than an hour from check in to lab results. Prescription was promptly called in for pick up. Clean, fast, competent and friendly. Exactly what we needed.
