So glad this place came to geneseo. I always get in and out quickly. And everyone you come in contact with is so nice. They treat you with kindness and respect. Never had a bad experience here
Was talked to with respect and understanding from the doctor who seemed to care about my situation, got in and out in ten minutes, This place is vastly superior to the U of R urgent care on the same street. The service between these two for me was like night and day. I will be coming back here in the future!
I went in a month ago very short of breath and a sore throat. Was taken in immediately. Although the nurse was very rude and short the PA that I worked with, Adam, was phenomenal.
Went there yesterday with a severe cough and being short of breath from being sick and having congestion in my lungs. After doing an x-ray, the provider said that she would send over a script for me to get an albuterol inhaler. This was after I told her that I needed it when I'm sick because I end up having coughing attacks when the temperature changes from going inside and outside or just being congested. Called multiple times over at the pharmacy to check to see if she had sent it yesterday evening or afternoon. Nothing. C... read more
