I did not want to wait on the phone to contact RRH about a billing question. I sent a message through MyChart and a representative called me a few days later. I want to give the highest praise to my representative, named "Destiny" who could give classes on patience and customer service. She was so helpful and kind. I never have these kind of feelings after a confusion with medical building so please give Destiny a raise and continue to provide this excellent level of care to all of your patients.
It's not as slow as u use to be. They have u in and out. I was in the waiting room less than a hour .
