This place was not informative at all on my procedure I was getting done. They made it seem so simple but it was a nightmare and I had no preparation whatsoever from any of the staff. Very unprofessional.
This place couldn’t hold an appointment to save their lives. Had to wait nearly an hour for a appointment that was pre set. I don’t really have any sympathy for a excuse like, “it must have been busy.” How about you just mange your schedule properly from now on.
