We missed a showing of The Nutcracker due to inclement weather and tried calling the phone line and sending an email. We couldn't get through on the phone, but we did get an email back from a gentleman named Daniel who had us meet him at Will Call. He set us up with fantastic seats! Thank you Daniel!
Wonderful orchestra! The programs are lovely and the musicians are fabulous. The RPO was one of the reasons we moved to Rochester. It draws on great schools of music, and spins off delightful chamber music series too. Go to a performance and luxuriate in the greatest music ever written!
I paid $278.00+ for 8 season tickets. I was told any show, any seat. I was told I would have them in a few days. 2 weeks goes by, and I don’t receive the tickets. I call and they say “IDK” and actually no they are not for every show. I said I bought them so I could go to the Star Wars POPS show. They tell me the tickets don’t work for that show.
