Been scheduled to come in for a mask change actually gotten to see Kevin and been told they could not change my mask at that time I had to wait 2 more months so it was on the right cycle. I've made appointments (2) shown up on time and told Kevin is in an appointment already. One the third trip to get my mask changed again be told Kevin was in an appointment on my scheduled time finally did get my mask exchanged by the receptionist.
