Sent my wife there to pick up a spark plug for my Husqvarna chain saw, she had the Husqvarna number of the plug i needed and a cross reference # for a Champion plug if he didn't have the Husqvarna one. He said to her those #'s don't mean anything to him that she would half to bring the spark plug in so he could look at it. Very poor service , Maybe he should take a computers class so he can look up cross references. Maybe he don't like women that knows more then he dose!!!
