Every time I call for maintenance they come right away . I give a big shout out to Tom , I don't know his last name but he comes at night to fix whatever we have a complaint about the stove , or even the smoke alarms going off .. Thank you Tom for your service I have been here for 2 years but 4 years in Rochester

Ive been here since 2018 and i could say that its my favorite place that ive lived in so far. Maintenance is very good at getting back to you and fixing your needs. parking is not that bad and the lady vanessa at the front is super sweet. in the beginnig i did not like the lady in the front because she was rude but its been a pleasent experience living here for 6 years and its going to be bittersweet to move
Someone is stealing catalytic converters out of people's cars. This apartment has all these cameras for nothing because it's always that they didn't see the person. The first time the office told me that they were going to update security but my catalytic converter was stolen a second time. How the office expects me or the other people who got their parts stolen too to pay rent. I've missed 2 weeks of work trying to get my car back on the road again.
