RecommendedI have been working with Rochester Maid Service for a few years and I am thrilled with their services!! They are reliable, thorough, flexible, professional and very personable! I had a bad experience prior to hiring them and I was extremely relieved to find a company that could be trusted and dependable! At times, I have left them alone to clean and never worried about anything! It is always so nice to come back home to a sparkling clean home! I would very strongly recommend them!
If I could leave less than one star I would. When they say clean, they mean clean you out of house and home. Today my "maid" was found guilty in court after a full written confession of stealing almost $12k worth of very sentimental jewelry from my home. Too bad the other two victims didn't file because she'd be doing a hard 3-5 years instead of three years probation. The worst part is that the owner knew about her and didn't report her or file a police report. She had the code to enter my house! Never ever would I recommend... read more
