Worst company to work for!! If one person doesn't like you then nobody does. It's pretty much high school all over again but instead of the popular girls being the bullies it's the older women doing the bullying.
I love my job. I've learned a whole new skill set as compared to the medical field I worked in previously. Excellent place to work. Great quality products. I have worked for RIC for almost 16 yrs. Even though I came with some knowledge in the field I have still learned a great deal. RIC is a company that you can grow in. I have held many positions myself. I started in the Warehouse as Receiving and picking the parts for Production orders. Went on to do a split day between Warehouse work and soldering in Production.
