Well I was going to apply for a job opening that I came across for this complex, but after seeing that every single review is terrible and all the disturbances - no thanks!!

Scheduled to come in and start the process for paperwork. The day before I came in I called to verify the time , was given a time I called the day of to confirm as well . Drove 20+ mins only to be told, I was on the schedule but not at the time I came in. I was constantly reminded about the app fee though. The person in the office has a snarky attitude and doesn’t listen to understand. I was given a tour of the apartments and the smell of the model was disgusting. This place is a dump. Constantly garbage everywhere . The playground is basically unusable for my children because of the trash all around. Weed bags and blunt wrappers at a playground for kids. This place has over 300 units that pay rent every month yet the property can’t pay a cleanup person. The heat stays at 72 yet it’s freezing all day and night. The walls are paper thin and it’s a hood rat show here. I can’t wait to move. This place is terrible
