I’m sharing my experience to help others avoid the same mistake. I hired Stuart (owner & sole operator) to repair a conservatory window frame and sill. The completed work did not match the original design or the agreement, including a frame and sill cut to the wrong size, a center support piece that was not replaced as promised (it was cut & poorly patched-see pics) & indoor grade composite sills installed without approval.
