I see Dr Cunningham and I have always had a wonderful experience with her and her staff. When I had an emergency, the staff was so caring and supportive. They rushed me in, and you could tell they really cared and were compassionate for my situation.
I was thinking about this experience again today and I realized it’s a perfect opportunity to share. I saw Dr McKnight fornyearsb, she was great as a GYN. 6 years ago when I got pregnant with my first, I showed up to the ultrasound and could tell the heartbeat was low. The tech looked worried but wouldn’t answer questions, just confirming it was low. I tried for a week to get in touch with the staff at RGOA after that. Let me start off by saying, I LOVE Dr.McKnight. The receptionist however is rude and very unprofessional. I had came in with my boyfriend this morning and immediately the way she looked at us made me uncomfortable. She always has an attitude with me but when other people come in she’s the sweetest. Giving it a one star because it won't let me give it a 0. The ability in contacting this place is a joke. Cant get through by phone because it disconnects or it sends me to the wrong department....everytime! The Patient Portal can't locate any information on me even when i've used it before. The only way to fix it is to call their office.
