I had a horrible experience working with Rochester Insulated Glass. I placed an order for a $6,000 glass, and sent a virtual check. Immediately after placing the order, and before they had cashed the check, I was able to find a local supplier that was a third of the price. I immediately emailed Rochester to see if I could put a hold on the order. I received confirmation from Lacey that it was not too late, and the order would be put on hold. I manage a local jewelry store and when one of our glass cases broke, we were afraid it couldn’t be fixed before Christmas. After waiting for over a month to get an estimate from one of the big glass companies, I called Mike and within a day he came out and gave us an estimate. The glass was fixed quickly and at a better price. Mike and his team were highly professional, very thorough and will be our glass company going forward. I highly recommend.
