Honestly hands down, best experience i have had getting some work out sourced on my car done. I did alot of research before taking my car to get its windshield replaced after hitting 2 deer back in April. (Can't help it im picky). So anyway after a awhile I came here. Isn't it a coincidence that after I cancel my service with Rochester Glass Co because they ordered an off brand windshield and i wanted a Toyota replacement and they claim I wasted their time and costed them money and I refused to pay a 150.00 restocking fee that they charged me afterwards; they were pissed then the next day I see my car was vandalized. Got my front two windows tinted and brow done. Everything looked great until I got it home and my passenger door would not open correctly. Called them and they nicely picked up my vehicle to see what the problem was but then conveniently told me it wasn’t anything they did and I needed a new cable for my door and claimed it wasn’t their fault and I would have to take it and get it repaired at my expense. Funny how the door worked right before I took it to them and now it needs fixed. All I got from them was deny, deny, deny.... read more
