Bill has done a few jobs for us through out the years. Him and his team have been professional, responsive and reasonable. We had him put in a 6ft X 50 ft fence around the perimeter of the pool last summer. Most recent put in 12X12 paver patio. Both done in a weekends time. He was able to complete and squeeze us in before our son’s 1st party!
Our experience with Rochester General Contracting was horrible and gives honest contractors a bad name. My wife and I met with Bill P. (Owner) in spring (February 2024) to remodel shower only in cottage bathroom, agreed/signed contract, gave sizable deposit and Bill stated job will only take 3 days to complete. As of this review (End of June 2024 -4 months later) he has done nothing but demo. We have made several communication attempts to get work started, but he has only delivered empty promises. Working with Bill was great. His quality of work was fantastic, he showed up consistently and delivered what was promised. I will defiantly call him again for future projects.
They did a great job on our kitchen floor. They got us in very quickly after we contacted them too. We will definitely be using their services in the future on our house. Great quality job!
I needed a smart thermostat installed and Bill did a fantastic job! He stayed longer than he quoted to do a thorough job and he didn’t disrupt my WFH job once while completing the task. Very professional and thorough! Highly recommend!
