There is no way to correct a mailing address. No way to get you on the phone, spent 3 hrs trying to get a login account! I gave up.

First they overbilled us by so much that they had to go without billing us for months, now they keep sending bills for hundreds of dollars we don't owe them as we pay on time, every time, the full amount. It's basically fraud and theft at this point. I don't know how New York hasn't shut them down and given the territory to a new provider.

I am on the budget for my electric bill- I have always sent in my meter readings via email. Upon receiving my last bill, my readings that I sent in were never used, instead they did an "estimate" which brought the bill up $45.00 dollars more than what my usual monthly budget payment is. I tried calling 3 times on 8/12, and each time I was put on hold for someone in the "customer care department". No one ever answered my call. I was on hold for over 1.5 hours within these 3 calls. I am DISGUSTED with you people!!!!!!! I would leave zero stars if I could. I have called and called and called regarding my electric bill being sky high. Someone was supposed to come and read my meter and they never did. There is no logical reason as to why my bill is so high. I am NEVER home and barely use my electric. Lawsuit? Maybe I will have to pursue one. This is absolutely ridiculous and I have received no help in this situation.
