WOW ... this is Customer Service at its absolute worst. The poor thing (her name was C*y#t+l) had just woken up, it took 4 minutes to understand her name, she spoke as though she had marbles in her mouth) ... About every other time I try to process a payment online, the website is down & we get a message(the latest-for the last two days - 6/6/23): "We're sorry We are experiencing a problem processing your request. We are working to solve the problem. Please try again later." I am signed up for all communications to be done electronically yet we still receive energy comparisons via snail mail.
