No Hassel, Great Rentals My groomsmen came here to purchase their tuxedos and everyone's came out great and we were all satisfied with the rentals and staff
Our wedding party picked up the tuxedos for our wedding and everything fit great. My brother came in from Seatle and he had his suit refitted in just a few minutes. The Rochester people were so helpful that I was able to enjoy the fitting process. It was actually a lot of fun we took pictures and left stress free.
Finally a tuxedo store where you can TRY ON tuxedos. Rochester is not a catalog store. They have the inventory on the premises and the sales people are the owners of the store. My fiance and I spent about 45 min to and hour trying all different outfits on for our wedding and actually saw what we were getting. While we were there other customers came in and their affair was that night and were fitted in a tuxedo and out the door in about 10 minutes. We got measured in Chicago at one of the chain stores and sent the measurements to the local MW tux store. Our flight was delayed and we went to pickup the tux Sat morning. My husband tried it on and NOTHING fit except for the tie. They said that there was nothing that they could do for us even though it was their mistake. We went to ROCHESTER FORMAL WEAR after we were disapointed by one on the Big Box chain stores. We walked in and they had inventory IN STOCK to try on. Coats, pants, vests,shirts etc., everything we needed. While we were there, other customers we coming in for SAME DAY SERVICE. They were in and out within 10 minutes. They are truly a TUXEDO STORE, not a catalog store like the big box chains. We found out that it is a fourth generation store 1903. When it comes to customer service they, wrote the book.
Finally a real tuxedo STORE where you can TRY ON tuxedos, not looking at a catalog. They had a very large selection of tuxedos and vests that I could try on.
