Phil offers exquisite craftsmanship at a very fair price. Count on your project to be completed quickly and expertly. We had a large ice dam on the roof that caused interior ceiling damage. He was able to repair the affected area, making it look as good as new, even matching the unique brushwork in the ceiling texture. A great experience from start to finish.
