As far as the front desk communication and the hygienists that have cleaned my teeth in the past, I give them 4 stars! On my last visit, I had my teeth cleaned by a different hygienist named Melissa. She was not friendly or personable, did not talk to me until she was done, and even then, she never talked facing me, she was always walking away and seemed in such a hurry to finish. I will never go to another dentist. Dr. Grove and the whole staff are amazing.
Second visit here and my arrive was off to a rocky start. Dr. Saba came out to apologize and made me feel a lot more comfortable about the mistake on their part.
My experience with Rochester Dental Center was excellent. They accepted me as a new patient and accommodated me immediately. Dr. Saba was able to describe my exact issue without even seeing me for an evaluation. He is very educated and kind. The office staff were just as great. So far I have zero complaints about them and am so happy to have found my new dentist!
