I took my 5 year old son in for a cleaning after being dissatisfied with our prior dentist. they were super friendly, explained everything they were doing-that definitely helped ease his fears & they were speedy quick! We booked our next appointment upon leaving.
Went in for a cleaning today, and Ally did a great job! Gentle, yet thorough. Dr. Cait is just the best! Would highly recommend!
I can only speak from our experience. Charges were assessed in error and not reimbursed when insurance paid (without us escalating multiple times) and insurance was billed for a cleaning that was not performed. I get that could be an office mistake *the first time*, however, even though there is agreement with the office that no cleaning was done, insurance was rebilled for the cleaning.
