To be honest here, I initially left a pretty scathing review for this company. I had, what I considered, a less than satisfactory experience as far as phone customer service. However, after the review I found out that a call center was responsible for my issues. The owner of the company reached out to me and made sure I was taken care of and apologized for the issue. The people at Rochester Cremation are some of the most caring people I have ever known. All the pestering I did to get the web obit for my wife perfect was taken instride and they were more than willing to accommodate my wishes. They will be highly recommended by to anyone who asks KUDOS TO YOU.

You will find Jay and Scott very caring, helpful and very detail specific!!! They cover all the details and are very comforting while doing it! I highly recommend Rochester cremation for your loved ones final arrangements! Thank you Jay, you're a saint!!!
