Andrew was so kind, responsive and easy to work with. He made it so easy for us to handle the process. He provided information and answers with patience and compassion. Scott and his family made the saddest and hardest time in my life bearable. Simple, afforadable, different....that's what it says on their website....they forgot to mention caring and compasionate as well. In a business that deals with customers at a difficult time, they make it a worry free experience. You can tell this family business knows how to treat customers with the TLC needed. I could not recommend highly enough. Scott and Tim took care of us in our time of need.
We met with Tim this morning to handle my mom's services. He was super helpful and completely answered our questions. My mom is all set, with no trouble at all. I can recommend them with confidence.
Scott Meeson and the others at Rochester Cremation were extremely helpful, kind,and also very efficient. I was dealing with a difficult situation where a member of the family passed away in N.Y. and the rest of us are in Ma. I found I was very confident dealing with Scott. He did what he said he would, charged what he said he would,and helped me out tremendously.
Was amazing working with Rochester Cremation.Scott and staff were amazing and fast . We were in from Florida by the grace of God making it to my fathers bed side before passing.
