If you are looking for a company that responds to your phone calls, shows up even slightly earlier than they promise, give accurate quotes, do great work and are quality people----then this is the company for you. They were considerate and did not disturb my flowers and planters. They cleaned up after themselves when the job was done. They raised my concrete drop due to the Rochester weather and made it not become a lawsuit or an injury for me/my guests. I could not be more pleased with every aspect of my interactions. Amazing work done by a very professional crew! I couldn’t imagine having any other company work on my sinking patio! If I could give them 10 stars, I would. They were quick, efficient, and clean. All the things I love in life!!
Did poor job cleaning up, left a hole by walkway, didn't finish lifting slab in floor was in a hurry to leave.
We recently had our basement flooring done by Oncrete Solutions we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, Nick and his team was professional, communicative, and highly skilled. They took the time to explain our options, provided a fair and transparent quote, and delivered exactly what they promised—high-quality workmanship at a reasonable price. The installation process was smooth, and they kept us informed every step of the way. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless... read more
Our patio had settled which caused it to drain towards the house, creating wet wall in our basement. We contacted several cement companies of which two responded . Concrete Solutions was one of them. We set up an appointment for an appraisal, they were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They also were priced fairly. They raised our patio to correct the drainage problem. First rain, we looked at the patio. All water draining away from the house. Problem solved. A big thank you to them. We highly recommend them .
