The old salesperson at Jefferson road is very condescending on the edge of being rude. He needs to be retrained or replaced. I am ready to pay higher price for quality product however I will think twice to pay anything to the company who keeps paying salary to such an obnoxious person.
I built a new home in September, 2019. Windows, etc. were purchased at Rochester Colonial and I worked with Steve Trotta. I can't say enough positive things about Steve and the company. They are excellent!!!!
Horrible customer service for a simple project that has taken over 9 months with no resolution. I am hopeful a project manager will get involved and make the situation right, but at this time I would never work with Rochester Colonial again.
We had all the windows replaced in our house approximately 8 years ago. To date we have had to replace 3 due to a faulty factory seals 4 as of today. For each of the replacements we were changed an install/replacement fee. Evidently you favor the manufactures over your customers.
RecommendedJust had our whole house done by rochester colonial, quality was fantastic, installation as well as workers were excellent. There was very little mess, they worked quickly toi minimize heat loss. They have done work in three houses for us now and more than happy.

We have purchased many Rochester Colonial products over the years - windows, replacement windows, doors, and awnings and have always been more than satisfied with their products and service.
We just had our front door and storm door installed by Rochester Colonial and we cannot say enough great things about the whole process. It is exactly what we were hoping for. From the sales process to the installation and after, we are so thrilled with the service. I would HIGHLY recommend using them for any home improvement needs!
