The old salesperson at Jefferson road is very condescending on the edge of being rude. He needs to be retrained or replaced. I am ready to pay higher price for quality product however I will think twice to pay anything to the company who keeps paying salary to such an obnoxious person.
I built a new home in September, 2019. Windows, etc. were purchased at Rochester Colonial and I worked with Steve Trotta. I can't say enough positive things about Steve and the company. They are excellent!!!!
We contacted seven companies for quotes on work to be done. Only Rochester Colonial and one of your competitors responded and Comfort Windows could not do the job. Kate Reina got back to us within hours of our online inquiry and was so totally professional and caring.
