Rick is great. We will bring our Subarus only to this shop.
I brought my girlfriend’s car in for an inspection to see what was wrong with it. Without confirming prices or asking to proceed, they went ahead and repaired it forcing us to pay and use their services. When I came in to ask why all the repairs were done when we only asked for an inspection, Rick immediately turned down my question and said he’ll undo all the work that was done instead of simply answering the question.
