After visiting quite a few jewellery stores, I went to Rochelle jewellery at the semi Ama mall and was greeted by NIHA I explain the ring that I wanted right away. She said I know the ring you want. Customer service is always amazing. She’s very helpful and she takes care of her customers. I love my ring and I’ve been accident prone with it and she always helped us out and gets the repair going quickly . We’ll always be a returning customer.

I had a pleasant experience shopping at Rochelles Jewellers Semiahmoo. Friendly staff with clear communication. I went to purchase a watch and I took some time to decide the model but they were very patient. They mentioned that they can place an order if the desired model is not currently available. I went ahead with a model better than the previous one and I am happy with the purchase I made!
We were looking for a unique engagement ring and wedding bands. We checked a few jewellers and came to Rochell’s. We were served by Hannah who was very knowledgeable and attentive.
