I was facing not being able to get a Kansas drivers license due to my previous state saying that there was a lapse in my insurance coverage. I contacted Todd at my new local State Farm office and explained my situation and he was very understanding and helpful and he said that he would contact my previous state and provide proof that my insurance never lapsed! Thanks to Todd, was able to get my Kansas license!! Beyond stellar service!!
