Was seen by telemedicine, told doctor all my symptoms, I told her all my symptoms were consistent with strep throat since I get it often. she told me to take ibuprofen and a Covid test, totally disregarded all of my concerns and swept it under the rug stating it’s covid or the flu. Did not get better with ibuprofen and just went to go get tested, lo and behold it was strep throat. So now instead of treating early, I’m out 2 days of work. Would not recommend if you want a doctor who listens to you

The only reason I took Stars off is because they do not follow their hours of operation all the way till closing time. When you call the number it says that they close at 4:30 in the afternoon. Don't let that fool you into thinking that you can try calling them within 20 minutes of that and get an answer because you can't. At least I have never been able to. I have called and chosen five which states that you can leave a message but all it does is ring and ring and ring. I'm assuming that they don't want to get stuck on a ph... read more
